The Role:

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic individual to join our busy Commercial Debt Recovery team within our Dispute Resolution department of our Nottingham office.

We are looking for an experienced Paralegal with a proven track record and who wants to take their skills and development to the next level. You will be working in one of the region’s leading commercial litigation practices and required to handle high volume, high level pre-legal negotiations and be responsible for maintaining an extensive client portfolio, as well as preparing documents and meeting with new and existing clients.

The successful candidate will be confident, assertive, be able to work under pressure and have excellent telephone and communication skills. Computer skills are essential and a working knowledge of Debt Recovery Systems and Excel would be useful and knowledge of the court process is desirable.
